While some founders may take on a dozen teams and then not pay attention, many others are fully involved. I have six treams and have played every game for every team. If I did not think I could do that I would not take the team. Of my six teams four won division titles, one was a wild card, and one is in the second year of rebuilding after two straight division titles. There is no sandbaging here. The problem is not founders having free teams. The problems is many owners (some founders, some not) neglecting their teams. If the commish could come up with a way to remove ownership from CLEARLY neglected teams I think that would help. I am open to suggeations.
