If you want to get an early look at the FA and Rookie draft lists do the following.
Search on player with last name of Smith. When the results are displayed a few of the "smiths" will be considered free agents. Click on the "free agent" next to their name and the free agent list will be displayed.
For the Rookie list pick someone that you know is a rookie and do the same thing.

Just keep in mind that these will not be complete lists as players are being added to them on a daily basis.
