Your description of your problem is a little confusing.

Quetions:
1) When you go to report the results, do you get a notice that the game was reported successfully? I thought that was what you described at first.

If so, I still think maybe you just have an old page and just need to refresh the page. Apparently you did that and it didn't work?

2) Have you tried closing your browser, then reopening it. Then go to START - RUN - browse to find the RSIBB folder and then click on the PUREBASEBALL icon. Have you tried that?

Suggestion:
Try playing the FREE DEMO at the home page and see if that will report for you. You can autoplay the game to save time. The FREE DEMO is a nice way to try out things like playing a catcher at 2B or a 1B in LF.

The DEMO can also help you test out what you are doing to see if a game will report when you don't have any active games (e.g. a Wed night before you have to play REAL games or at least prior to trying to play a REAL game and finding out your 9th inning comeback is going to be voided because your game didn't report.

Also, if you can't remember exactly what error messages you are getting or exactly what happened when you tried to report, playing the demo game can let you get the same error and write down exactly what happened so technical or someone on the FORUM can better help you.
