As far as the questions...(1)- I did not receive a message that the game results were reported upon submittal. I thought that to be strange since I seem to remember that one usually received a system message that the results were sucessfully reported. (2) - Yes, I have gone into the RSIBB folder and tried reporting the results from there. Basically, the same thing happened. It looked like the results were reported but I got no confirmation message.

I'll try your suggestion to play the demo game and see what happens. Thanks for your suggestions and help.
