At least if you do a total reinstall of the RSIBB folder, you can use the DEMO to test out whether the reporting is going ok.

I "think" that if it turns out the demo won't let you play until you finish the RELOAD PAGE game, you can just log in as a different user and thus still play a demo game.

I'd sure want the demo game to report properly before trying a meaningful game.

I assume you've discussed your problem with TECHNICAL and/or the COMMISH?

My only other thought would be if perhaps your virus program is blocking you from reporting. If you've been reporting successfully though prior to this and haven't changed anti virus program or settings that would seem unlikely. In fact, it would seem unlikely period but I don't understand much about the anti-virus/network security programs.
