Interesting. I agree somewhat on what guys make the team on the road and what guys make the team at home.

The big advantage of playing at home is taking advantage of lefty/righty splits. On the road you might set up a lineup of 4 righties, 5 lefties. At home when you face Wakefield who pitches better vs. lefties you might go 6 righties, 3 lefties. In the late innings getting the right matchups is much easier and more effective than what the robot can do.

The only advantage the robot might have is bunting, stealing, defense, but these are minor(even more minor if aren't a big believer in these) when compared to the advantages.
