The policy is a good one, but you are right that it needs to be added to the manual. However, I won't hold my breath waiting for it to be added to the manual because action on those types of things seems to be slow in coming.

All season long we get 5 days to play games, then all of a sudden in the playoffs you only get 2 days. Often people forget that folks have lives and giving that extra day is a good and reasonable thing to do. There is no logical reason that I can see to force the games to be played after 2 days (vs. 3).
