Not sure (not at the computer I played the games on) but I always intend for it to not be "agressive" for that reason. However that is a setting that seems to sometimes reset itself, should have checked.

It was a good series, so I was frustrated when it happened. I wouldn't expect you to be too upset though! I do wonder why it doesn't make the boxscore as a "caught stealing".

I do wish that the baserunning piece would get tweaked so its a bit harder to advance runners on outs and harder to advance two bases on hits with two outs.
