In one recent close game I had a runner thrown out at home with the setting just below most agressive (S. Green, I think). I lowered it to normal and had another runner thrown out at third. I lowered it again to below normal and then had Johnny Damon throw out a runner at home. Johnny Damon with his 3.5 gun threw a laser to home!!! So, it appears that changing the setting had no effect that I could see.
