Accordingto the rules, it may be legal but I think its a bush maneuver overall. I think a reliever should only be allowed to start a plaoff game if started a reasonable amount of games in real life, maybe something like 10 games or at least above 5.

Given that we have deeper bullpens than avg teams and particularly playoff teams do, starting a reliever with a few starts to "steal" a win on the road leaves me with abad taste.
