How can it lower game integrity if it is in the rules? It may suck, but you really shouldn't chastise the manager in question.

I am a rookie GM and questioned this earlier because a team in my diviaion is kicking everyones a$% because he had many long relievers that start. Once I figured this out, I played him better.

I am more disgusted with GM's who only use 1 cathcer than I am with relievers starting.
