Why not allow leagues to vote to disolve and join a new start-from-scratch league. Might there be many guys who would give up a league for a chance to start a brand new one. You might have two spotty leagues consolidate into one new and full one. That would remove available unmanaged teams and work towards filling the other remaining leagues. I think its farfetched to think many of the current openings can be filled given the sickness of the available teams.

There are too many leagues. The vacancies are sucking support time and water-down existing leagues. The freed tech time might be put into LLs, updated programming and/or promotional efforts.

I appreciate that its a trade-off for guys with long term teams, but what's the point of playing solitaire.

I am aware that I've been hammering at the same points; I am trying to get everybody to imagine this game with deep competitive leagues.
