Current traditional leagues:
27 leagues
104 unmanaged teams
3.85 ave.

Current real time leagues:
10 leagues
65 unmanaged teams
6.5 ave.

There are two traditional leagues with 8 and 9 unmanaged teams in these leagues, and one Real Time league has 11 unmanaged teams. I would contract these three leagues.

To compensate owners in these three leagues(total of 23 teams traditional, 11 RT) I would give them their choice of any two teams(but only charged for 1 team) from the rest of the traditional leagues and RT teams(must stay traditional or RT).

So best case scenario we end up this new data(assumes every owner that was in these leagues takes 2 new teams):

New Traditional Leagues.
25 leagues
41 unmanaged teams
1.64 ave.

New Real time Leagues.
9 leagues
32 unmanage teams
3.5 ave.
