Ken I know some of us would get an additional team. A lot of us pickep up teams in these vacant leagues, because we like the teams. There's another solution and it's similar to the 1 you proposed and I think works better. Why not allow managers who take over a vacant team of thier choice give them a free additional team with 1 proviso. It has to be in a Trad or RT league with at least 8 openings. That way we start to fill those leagues with new managers.
