Problem with Player Status in F18

I've noticed some oddities in the number of days rest and status of players on my various Trad teams.

Most notably, Luke Hudson was farmed for the first playoff series; however, on the Team Status (Active) page he shows as having been rested for 3 days and he is "Tired" with a BFA of 23. Having not played in the first series he should have 12 days of rest and his BFA should be 30.

Upon further inspection I also see other players that I activated for the second round that have fewer days rest than they should. On the flip side in at least one league I noticed the opposite trend. In 2000 Trad2 I used Ken Griffey in four games the first series and have farmed him for the second series. The team status page indicates 13 days of rest for him.

I don't care so much about the deviations in number of days rest... I figure it will help me or at worst be a push. But I am concerned that Luke Hudson, a highly graded pitcher, is listed as tired when he should not be. I may want to get him into the first game of the second round in F18 but if he is listed as tired that could impede my ability to use him effectively. Please advise.
