I say put out a email to determine how many active managers there are. An email that they would have to respond to by a certain date. The ones that dont respond, will be pooled into their seperate league. The robot would hold the draft and all the games and PB could still get the money coming in. Yes, unfortunately, some leagues will probably be defunct. But, the remaining eagues would be solid leagues. This would also provide less work on the commish to allow him to get the things he needs to get done.


Also, I like the idea of having leagues commish's. Although I feel that each commish should not be the commish in his own league.
