Back To Board

Stop

It seems to me that too many of your solutions involve decreasing the revenue flow for PB: booting out "inactive" owners, giving away free teams to deputy commissioners.

Forget it. This will not happen and you should save your breath and energy for ideas that may possibly happen. Decreasing Mike's revenue stream will not improve the customer service at PB. You know that.

PB is what it is. It's a one man operation that has interruptions when something comes up for Mike. John works for Mike on some kind of irregular basis but Mike is the sole driving force behind PB. Fretting about the future of PB because Mike is incommunicado for awhile is pointless. He'll come back when he does, get it going and things will be fine until next time.

I realize that it sounds easier to say not to sweat it than it is, and that next time it may be me going ballistic about this kind of thing, but this is what the the PB community is for. Next time you talk me down off the ledge, this time I try and help you.

PB will change when Mike sells it, kills it or finds the time to do it the way it deserves to be done. The ranting on the board, while it may make you feel better, only increases the feelings of dissatisfaction within PB.

As far as alternatives, I've checked out other things and for concept and interface nothing can beat PB. Try to stick with it and hope it gets better.
