I bet not. I don't think it matters if the unmanaged team has good players, there are more teams than there are interested owners. If the owners in W-9 and M-13 want to keep their league I don't want to see it eliminated. What I am curious about is why you would want to play in a league that has so many unmanaged teams. One league has an entire division unmanaged! How is that fun? There are so many others leagues that could use just three or four more managers and be full.
