Dave this took me a while. I found the worst I think. The league needs managers too. In W9 St Catherine's Storm is really bad. It has 2 nice building blocks in Crosby and Garcia, aside from that it's baren. It has one decent arm in the pen. That's a great team to try to rebuild. I think it's impossible, but, if you want to take over a team that will take a while that's a good choice. You should see my Denver Holybull team this is the 3rd year I've had it and it's not even close to anything except getting the number 1 rookie pick. It's fun rebuilding teams.
