Sigh...

So the Robot strikes again - in RealTime I had my division clinched and set up my away pitching rotation so that I used a few scrubs the last few games and had my main starters rested.

Unfortunately the robot decides to use one of my starters in relief in game 3 of the series for 10 batters - even with plenty of relievers available, and the pitcher in question (T Lilly) set as a starter for that game. So Lilly isn't rested to start game 5 (its possible he was supposed to start earlier than that - I had set all 5 games - but the robot used him in relief in Game 1 of the series as well) - instead it brings back my best started, F Garcia, to start game 160. So now he won't be ready until Game 3 of the Playoffs instead of Game 1. And given that my rotation is pretty poor behind him, that's a problem as I had hoped to start him in games 1 and 4.

This sort of stuff needs to stop happening. I had starters set with a particular purpose, I had my roles set with those five starters not eligible for the pen - now my playoff chances are hurt on a programming glitch.

I give up.
