I agree with Brian's comments below. The fact that this has not been fixed yet is very unsettling.

It has been almsot a week since last vague communication.

Calling this problem a "glitch" is being very polite.

Holiday's ended days ago. The first work week of the new year is almost over-I thought for sure we would have an update and/or be ready to go by now.
