Any organization can have problems. Given the age of the technology they are working with here, it was probably inevitable to have a major problem sometime. What I have never understood is the failure of Mike and John to realize how much mileage they would get out of frequent periodic leaguewide updates keeping people informed. It would stop much of the speculation and "keep the natives" from getting so reckless. But over the last 10 years these situations have happened over and over. Just look at Mike's last bulletin apologizing for recent horrible customer service (that may not be an exact quote). And yet, here a week or more has gone by with absolutely no communication from PB management. I know they are probably busy but how much time does it take to send a several sentence update around all the leagues.
