State Of PB
My initial reaction to Mike's comments was one of encouragement. After re-reading the post a number of times I still had to ask myself if the post and plan will put an end to the serious lack of communication between Mike and us, the paying clients.
We've been in the dark from 12-27-05 until today, 01-09-06. Meanwhile the World Series has been delayed at least a month and we still don't know whether the full time professional technical help has a handle on the obvious programming glitches that occurred in team status and rosters over a month ago. If this help has been paid for at least a month, why have we not seen any change in team status. I really enjoy this game when it works and we get the support we are paying for. Leaving us all in the dark for the last month is a problem that I don't see addressed. I think it's obvious to all of us, that if Mike is going to be the voice of communication for PB then the problem still exists. As Mike has said on many occasions, he's out of town a lot and not available much of that time. This is a major problem with PB because almost the entire communication process from PB comes from Mike. As long as that's the situation, I don't see and I'm not hopeful for much of a change in the communication process. I hope I'm wrong.
I'm looking forward to all the changes discussed in Mike's post and I would really like to hear specifically how Mike is going to improve the Communication process immediately, because we all know the future success of PB will hinge and effective responsive communication.
