I really appreciate your effort to reply specifically to my post. Thank you! As you know, I'm a very long term supporter and I am delighted that you have acknowledged the need for full-time support personnel. This will go a long way to improving the PB experience by getting and retaining PB participants. I'd like to know specifically, what are your plans for full-time support personnel. Questions like will they have the authority to make decisions? Who are you considering to help in this area? There are plenty of us who are willing to help, many on a non-paying basis. Will these support people be able to help with unmanaged teams (keep their rosters up to date, respond to trade inquiries, have the authority to approve trades,etc)? What other areas of support will these people be involved? Please let us know more specifically your thoughts.
