Gary P has offered to keep up UNM teams in as many as 4 leagues in which he does not play. Tom V did some of this for me last season and with the addition of a couple more part time commissioners we could do a much better job of keeping UNM teams up to snuff.

For the time being I will continue to run trades myself. Even thought the system is imperfect it helps to keep it consistent and having more than one person perform the function could be problematic.

As soon as the important work of getting the network on more solid and compatible footing is completed we will start work on automating the regular PB functions.

The first round will be LL drafts, playoff pairings and play, RT and TRAD game startup, Robot play (UNM on FRI and unplayed on TUES.

The next round will include STATS INC RT stat input, commish list input, one game playoffs, park stat input, season flip and other functions.


We will probably do this automation process in at least 2 stages. Once we can take the day to day work of running the leagues out of the hands of technicians there will be many ways to proceed.
