I am definitely curious about comments regarding human errors causing a glitch.

As the away mgr in Games 6-7, I submitted a lineup that had a 25 man roster and only after the games were played by an unmanaged team, did I see that 3 players of mine never made the trip.

I know I didn't farm players out so what did happen?
