Mike,

The playoff fixes and problems may be beyond your control, but...

The very poor communication that occurred was NOT beyond your control.

We all understand that problems happen, and are really generally pretty patient and understanding. I love the post down below about talking each other off the ledge when we get frustrated. It is a pretty supportive community and generally suportive of you and of PB.

BUT...

Someone from PB should have taken the time to give us an update every few days even if it was just to say:
"We know there is a problem and are continuing to work on it."

I realize you may have times when you can't communicate that, but during those times SOMEONE should be designated to keep the community informed.

This time it almost seemed like the PB staff had vanished for long periods. I do think that was something within your control.

Keep us informed and most of us will do our best to be patient, understanding, and supportive.
