Guys,

I realize the frustration but I would give Mike B some space on this. I believe he had a stretch when he was at home last week when he could communicate readily. Right now I bet you he is on the road and finding it very difficult to communicate. I have an old friend who was a long distance hauler and I have discussed with him the difficulties inherent with this job. There are problems that we couldn't dream of that make it very difficult to attempt what Mike is doing - and particularly worse in the winter.

Knowing Mike for as long as I have, I know his intentions are true so he's not snowing us - try and cut him some slack and wait out the changes.
