Do you really think that's what people are deciding between here? Perfection or not perfect?

People have been patient and the service just gets worse. I have no problem with those who want to post encouraging messages but I think chiding this group for impatience with Mike is just plain wrong.

Also, it's sad to see Len leave (see his post below) but we've seen this before. Mike doesn't get back to people well and when he does he can be downright nasty sometimes. PB needs a customer service type to handle that end of the business.
