Ok, third time's the charm here...

I really wish Mike would sell all or part of PB to someone who is willing and able to provide some proper customer service.

Problems happen with computer systems. That's fine, it happens and you try to deal with them as best as possible. But leaving your customer base in the dark is inexcusable. All it does is piss people off and drive them away.
