I FULLY UNDERSTAND the question you guys are asking because on closer inspection of those trades they do look odd.

(And I posted other messages further down regarding the Rick Reed thing... He was infact quite good in 1998.... I had forgotten about him in that deal... although his 1999 numbers and his age make him questionable for next year IMO.)

Having said that I fully believe in my heart that these two teams are not colluding. Perhaps I am naive. For starters... if they really were colluding wouldn't they go to better extremes to try and cover it?
