Re update-I'm still a little confused

Thanks for the update. Based on what you said, I guess it would have really helpful to all of us if at least some part of this were communicated 7-10 days ago.

I've been on the more outspoken side of late and though I do not see myself as one of your "tormentors" (you may see me that way..I don't know), I'm unsure why forgiveness is being given to them. I don't think any of them has done anything wrong beyond asking questions as to when the product will work again.

Regarding the new vs. old....if this technician broke the old, then I would like to see him repair it so we can finish last season before we move on to the improvements.

Thanks again. I'm sorry that these problems have resulted and miss the game.
