John M broke it and is more sorry than the rest of us about it because he is the only one who can fix it and is in a vicegrip between a lot of competing responsabilities.
As to not communicating well before I have no excuses. I could not correctly predict any time table and chose to be brief in my messages to the PB managers. It was a copout.
My performance has been ugly and I deserve any amount of criticism that you want to dish out.
One of the common threads was that if I am paying for something I should get service.
I believe you ARE entitled to service, communication and to have the schedule followed.
However, as you know from many other experiences in life, things do not always work as well as you would like them to.
If there were a great SIM game on the market with wonderful service, I would be paying for it myself!
My experiences with other games (mostly scouting the competition) has been very unsatisfying. But perhaps I am not objective.
The key to our leagues is that if it is done right, the network of highly intelligent baseball managers it produces provides plenty of thrills and spills for people like us. Unfortunately we are a curious sort that our society has all but ceased creating...

Paul Reiss could be difficult but as a quadraplegic in need of constant care just to live, PB was nearly his whole life. No matter what happens I am proud that I was able to help give someone that much.
