I always got the STATS Inc book each spring as well. However, ESPN's player profiles have always had the STAT's scouting report (for free). Not quite as handy as their normal paperback reference, but as long as they still do the scouting reports (just not in published form), they should still be there on ESPN (which will probably be updated by March or April).
