You would have thought that C. Young was the second coming based on some of the reaction to this trade. He received a whopping 7.32 run support (second best in MLB) in his starts in Texas last year and still only finished with a 12-7 record with an ERA around 4.25. He won't get that kind of run support in SD this season and is at best a back-end No.3 or No.4 rotation guy.
