Tim I think it would depend on the team. If it were a rebuilding team then a lottery would be much more valuable than a 35 plus star. If you thought your team was real close then the older star would be more valuable. Lottery picks are not the only rookie picks that can develop into stars, so, can rookie 2's. Perralta I got on a lot of teams with rookie 2's and he could delevelop into a star. He already put up strong numbers at 24. I'd generally rather have the rookie picks, but, that hasn't stopped me from dealing them in the past and I made some very bad decisions dealing them. The 2 that come to mind this past season was with my Houston team and the other was with my Baltimore team.
