Dave has said it well. The original rationale for UNM-tfrades has no longer been followed and that lack of consistency and the occasionally entrenched position Mike takes makes it very difficult to operate.

I would lean toward suspending the system but perhaps allowing Mike to conduct UNM-trades only with other manger-less teams to attempt to dress them up for new ownership.
