I think that simply the addition, somehow, of a counter offer system if the initial trade is close would be a BIG improvement. Also, UNM teams can still be attractive if they are veteran teams with a chance to contend. I know the usual idea is to make them young with great prospects. I think if the UNM teams can have a direction chosen for them and posted, more appropriate trades can be proposed.
