Please read my post below where I come out in agreement with DaveF's comments.

Thinking through further: I recommend:

1) No more trading between UNM and non-UNm teams

2) Allow Mike to trade between UNM-teams to improve rosters.

3) Consider allowing UNM-teams to be taken over at a discount for a 2 yr. period. The new mgr can take a greater interest in trying to improve some hopelessly bad teams at 1/2 cost with a 2 yr-window. After that, they either take the team over at full rate or dump back into pool of UNM-teams.

#1 above would be a huge time and aggravation saver for all of us. No more interaction/disagreements with Mike over the value of talent being discussed in a trade.

#2 gives Mike a chance to improve the teams

#3 may eliminate some of the UNM inventory making life easier for Mike and improving the quality of many leagues while at same time allowing new blood to take a team over withoutthe full cost/time burden...
