Nothing personal, but this proposal makes me really angry--that is the part of it that would end trades between UNM and Managed teams.

Some soreheads complain about deals that are or aren't made, so those of us who can work reasonable deals between our teams and the UNM teams lose that option? Great!!
Some of the guys (not all) who are bellyaching the loudest about the UNM trades are guys I can never trade with either. You probably know who you are!
