My recommendation top eliminate trades between unm/managed teams levels the playing field and takes trade interaction with Mike out of the equation.

I'm a very active trader and always try to see the deal from the other guy's viewpoint and have had "some" sucess executing trades with Mike on the UNM teams U-N-T-I-L this year.

Either Mike has gotten tired, exasperated in doing this, has changed his approach to evaluating talent or something but I was remarkably unsuccessful and incredibly frustrated trying to complete deals and then watched him approve other UNM deals that made little sense or were completely inconsistent with his UNM trade policy.

IF THERE WAS CONSISTENCY, I would go for keeping it.

Since there is not-I recommend eliminating. It would save time and aggravation.
