I guess everyone is entitled to their opinion. I have historically enjoyed only the best rapport with you and Joey and yet both of you responded to my suggestions with hostility. Maybe I will not bother to post any more but i can assure you that based on Mike tossing this out for discussion, the many responses below and the fact that a huge # of UNM teams remain so, I would say the system is broke and several of my suggestions I thought were steps in the right direction to easing the burden on Mike and reducing the # of UNM teams. In addition, I completed more trades than ever last season in my three leagues and yet had a much lower completion rate with UNM teams. Why was I able to make so many trades with others last season? There are many good GM's in our leagues-they sure thought my offers were fair so based on my lowered success rate in UNM deals, I feel comfortable in stating that there was less consistency last year.

We all want fewer UNM teams. The present system is not working.

Allow Mike to do UNM trades between UNM teams and INCENT others to take some of these teams on and reduce the burden on Mike. Those are my two strongest recommendations. You want to keep trades alive with UNM teams, that is fine with me-I'll work around it as I have done so. Other changes are necesssary.
