Anthony is being unduly modest here, he'd have the team in contention within 2 years. I think the kneejerk reaction to changing the UNM system by some (And to any perceived criticism of Mike by others) is obscuring the good points brought up by Anthony and others.

Trust me, I don't wish to side with the perpetually negative but we should listen to and examine closely all the ideas presented here.
