If everyone thinks some adjustments need to be make, make it simple with the following rules:

Just limit trades to 30+ age and no draft picks(from the unmanaged team). This would still allow teams to dump good, but older position players and pitchers, as well as keep all the draft picks. It would also reduce the number of offers that need to be looked at, which allows Mike to continue doing the trades.
