You should be applauded and commended on your offer of a resolution to the B14 mess. Your suggestion embodies the true spirit of "community"...which is personal sacrifice for the common good. I would hope that this would relieve the bottleneck currently holding up the completion of last season and allow the new season to start to take shape. Again, a big thumbs up from me and I'm sure from the other owners as well.
