Personally, I'm amazed at your self-control. This is your product and you are kind enough to occasionally ask your customers for their input. Sometimes there are posts that are rude, insulting and challenge your intelligence. Although this is expected when you're dealing with a variety of people, I know it doesn't stop the pain and frustration. We all need to practice in our lives the "GOLDEN RULE", TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED. However, I hope you realize from all the positive comments that the majority of your customers are friends and support you and we all love your product. I'd understand if you decide to close up shop but please try to remember you'd be letting the "bad guys" win. I've been involved with you since CSN days and I don't think you'd ever forgive yourself if you shut the doors. Since you love this game so much and you have a lot more invested in it than any of us, please don't let that happen.
