Latest info on Bags is that he should play in a game at 1B in the next day or two and likey get some throwing in during game conditions. That should give good indications if he is going to make it, or not. With the severe degenerative condition of his shoulder, it seems relatively likely that he will decide to retire but, I'm pulling for him to bounce back. It's still too early to tell.
