We have several drafts, and here is how the order works for each of them.
Formation Draft (Launch Leagues, and first time Perp leagues.) 1-20, 20-1, 1-20 etc. The Free Agent Draft, and Re-allocation draft work the same way. All of the above drafts are ordered randomly. The Rookie Draft is entirely different. The teams are ordered in an NBA style draft lottery, and the the draft does not flip flop, so it is 1-20, 1-20 etc. Hope this helps
