There used to be 11 trad leagues with 24 teams starting with K17 being the lowest number. The other 9 were made into 20 team leagues since there were so many managerless teams. K17 and 98T1 were kept as 24 team leagues because they had less that 4 managerless teams. Because of this you can't use their low managerless teams rate as a basis to say that 24 team leagues are better thatn 20 team leagues.
