I remember Z posting this same question a few days ago. I have viewed Mike B's appeal for managers to take over weak RT teams to draft and build up. I would be able to absorb 1 or 2 teams. I would appreciate it if anyone could pass along a team or two to manage that they might be aware of. That team would probably have to not be in the following leagues that I am part of...98RT3, 99RT1, 99RT2, 99RT4, 99RT5...I think a manager is not allowed to manage two teams in the same league.
